What is myofascial cupping?

"When we massage, we use compression to help break up adhesions and decrease tension within the muscle and connective tissue. Cupping has a similar effect except it uses suction and acts like a delaminator on the surrounding connective tissues (fascia). Basically cupping helps one area move easier over another and that movement is good!"
