Revolution Late Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved just for you; a late cancellation or missed appointment has a negative impact on the therapist’s income while taking away an opportunity for someone else to benefit from the session. As such, Revolution requires 48-hours notice for any cancellation or change to your appointment. Clients who provide less than 48-hours notice or miss their appointment will be charged 50% of the session.

• When booking online, you are automatically agreeing to this policy.

• When booking over the phone, the administration will explain the policy and allow you to accept and book the appointment. You also have the right to refuse and have the opportunity to book with another clinic. As long as you know, you can make an informed choice.

In practice - Revolution sends out a survey before each appointment. This survey has a brief health screening and describes our cancellation policy again. This allows ample time to reschedule if needed.
