Direct Billing

Most companies with extended health plans cover therapy services. Each plan is different: some cover certain services but not others, some plans cover 100%, some have set amounts, and some require a doctor’s prescription. It is up to the client to check into their plan to ensure there are no surprises regarding coverage. Click here to request coverage for Athletic Therapy services.
At this time, we direct bill to the insurers listed below. For other insurers, you would pay on-site and submit the receipt directly to your insurance provider for reimbursement. Our receipts are emailed; generally, reimbursement for the client takes one to two business days when they submit themselves.
